Feeds
Okay, I did some Flickr-ing and I looked at some mashups like Mappr. One link to a Flickr post was also something that Heather sent me from Learning 2007 this week. Tagged Worldwithoutoil in Flickr, it's from a game they're playing there where the players make the rules....
I jsut set up my RSS feed. I'm so glad that they have come to be called feeds instead of aggregators - how hostile is that to newer users. I'm looking at the Other Librarian and at Shifted Librarian, among others.

Week 3
Using a digital camera on my recent vacation was a real eye opener. Yes, I've used it at work, but having one to effortless record 10 days of travel was great. Lightweight, easy to carry everywhere, always at the ready, no worries about having enough film and no reloading film. So I took over 300 pictures and I was able to share all of them with all my sisters with the ease of a few keystrokes. Here's technology that really works! And the technology that enables you to print some photos is self service and everywhere from Wal-Mart and Target to a camera store. Storing photos? Put them on a disk. Saves room at home!

Summer learning
What a summer it has been for learning. A trip to Scandinavia and learning 2.0 makes this summer stand out from others. Sweden, Denmark and Norway are thoroughly modern countries with an age-old heritage and an environmental ethic that is a way of life. Walking across a busy intersection at rush hour in Copenhagen without looking for bicyclists could mean your demise! I learned that quickly. Habit #1: begin with the end in mind is a little more difficult for me - all these things to finish! Working through them won't be anywhere near as difficult.
